Before Morena Baccarin got the role of Inara Serra, there was another woman who was supposed to play the role of a Companion – Rebbeca Gayheart. Rebecca left the project after one day of shooting because of a “lack of chemistry” with the others. Another interesting thing is that Inara Serra is named after the Mesopotamian goddess who protects all wild animals. Is it a coincidence that the crew has her embodied in beautiful Morena?
