Although we call it ‘colorblindness’, in fact very few people are actually totally blind to colors. 99% of people classed as ‘colorblind’ are color deficient and able to see many colors but have trouble distinguishing between certain spectrums. Red-green color blindness is the most common affecting 8% of men and 0.6% of women.
