Interesting fact:

A fascinating Cape Town tale has now become a local legend. A flute was given to the child of a Cape Town governor, but the flute was infected with leprosy! The boy contracted the highly infectious disease and was cast out to live upon the mountain where he could not come in to contact with other citizens. He died alone and to this day the mountain still echoes with the sad sounds of a forlorn flutist.
