Interesting fact:

One thing to note in amongst all this good health news is an unfortunate side effect upon some yoga students - an inflated ego. A study showed yogis were more likely to say comments like "I am the most helpful person I know" and "I have a very positive influence on others" after class! This is rather getting away from the original tenets of yoga which encouraged moving beyond the ego, but still, if it makes you feel good, it can’t be bad, can it?
