Interesting fact:

Savasana means ‘Corpse pose’ and is a relaxation posture, typically at the end of a yoga class. Whilst it might look easy, it’s actually just as challenging as any other posture, as it requires the yogi to stay fully alert whilst relaxing the whole body. Not falling asleep is the challenge here!
